These Founder Membership Terms apply to membership purchased from The Founders Arena Innovation Chamber, Inc. (TFA Chamber) by the individual or company identified at checkout (Member), for one founder and one company profile. By accepting these terms at checkout, the purchaser confirms authority to bind the Member. The Effective Date is the date of the initial successful membership payment, unless a different start date is agreed in writing.
1 Founder membership
Founder Membership provides one founder and one company profile with access to the Chamber community, relationships, readiness resources and opportunities to help the founder move the business forward.
2 Member benefits
Curated connections: Relevant introductions to people, companies, specialists and resources based on the founder's needs and mutual interest.
Resources and intelligence: Access to member resources, available market intelligence and commercial-readiness resources to help the founder understand priorities and next steps.
Customers, capital and markets: Opportunity submissions and selected connections to potential customers, investors, partners and regional or international relationships, where relevant.
Programming and engagement: Invitations to selected member programming, events and conversations, subject to registration and availability. Separate event fees will be identified before registration.
Storytelling and visibility: Opportunities to share company news, contribute expertise and participate in relevant Chamber content, subject to relevance and editorial approval.
3 Additional services
A completed TFA Proof Card is a separately scoped readiness engagement and is not included in the membership fee. Dedicated research, targeted searches, workshops and other custom work require a separate written agreement covering scope, fees and timing.
4 Company profile and sharing
The Member permits use of its supplied name, logo and approved company information for its member profile and agreed recognition. Each Party retains its marks. Sharing of company rankings, assessments or nonpublic readiness information with other members is subject to the startup's approval. Use of Chamber marks requires written permission.
5 Confidentiality and participation
Each Party will protect the other's nonpublic confidential information and use it only for the membership relationship, except for authorized or legally required disclosure. Public, independently developed or lawfully obtained information is excluded. Introductions and sharing personal contact details require consent. Members will participate professionally and respectfully.
6 Membership fee and payment
The initial membership fee and annual renewal fee are the amounts disclosed at checkout and accepted by the Member. Any introductory discount applies only for the duration stated in the offer. The initial fee is due at checkout; the renewal fee is due at each annual renewal. Benefits begin upon payment. Recurring charges require the Member's authorization through the payment provider.
7 Term and renewal
The initial term begins on the Effective Date and continues for 12 months. This Agreement automatically renews for successive 12-month terms on each anniversary of the Effective Date unless either Party gives the other written notice of nonrenewal at least 60 days before the current term ends.
The annual renewal fee is payable on renewal unless otherwise agreed in writing. Written nonrenewal notices may be emailed to worthmeeting@thefoundersarena.com and are effective upon receipt. The Chamber may send notices to the Member's supplied email address.
8 General terms
These terms and the membership pricing accepted at checkout form the membership agreement, unless a separately signed Founder Membership Agreement applies. A separately signed agreement controls if there is a conflict. Changes require mutual written agreement. Separate agreements govern custom services. The Parties remain independent. Membership creates no equity, voting, endorsement, or exclusivity rights. Texas law governs.
